Cod croquettes (baked or fried)
Lettuce
Tomato
1 avocado
1 lime
1 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 spring onion
A little parsley
Bake the cod croquettes or fry them.
Peel the avocado and press it with a fork until it melts but keep some large pieces.
Season with a little salt and add a few drops of lime juice.
Cut the tomato, the spring onion and the lettuce.
Bake the tortilla in a non-stick fry pan for a few minutes.
Put the pie on the working surface. Spread the tortilla with avocado.
Add a little lettuce, the cod croquettes, the tomato slices and the onion.
Put in the mayonnaise a little water and a little lime to make a liquid sauce.
Sprinkle the ingredients with parsley.
Wrap the tortilla and serve.
