250 grams. spaghetti
250 grams. vegan minced meat (frozen)
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove of garlic
1 small onion cut into very thin slices
1 grated carrot
1 tablespoon tomato purée
200 grams. cherry tomatoes
250 grams. tomatoes
500 grams. hot water
1 bay leaf
1 cinnamon stick
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
2 tablespoons ground almonds
Salt
Pepper
Heat the olive oil.
Sauté the finely chopped onion for 2-3′ to become transparent, add the garlic and sauté for 1'.
Add the tomato purée and cook it for 1' to bring out its aromas.
Add the cherry tomatoes cut in half and sauté for 1'.
Add the chopped tomatoes and the carrot.
Add the minced meat and mix.
Put the spaghetti in the pot.
Add the hot water and the spices.
Add salt and pepper and cook over medium heat for 8'.
Let the spices, cinnamon and bay leaf for 2-3′ and then remove them.
Stir the vegan spaghetti with minced meat regularly.
Finally, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Sprinkle a little olive oil, stir and serve.
Serve the juicy pasta with minced meat in deep dishes and sprinkle with grated almond.
