The company with the name "Vlachos Bros SA and the distinctive title NAVA" (hereinafter will be mentioned as "NAVA"), located at the 12th km of O.N.R. Thessaloniki - Kilkis, organizes a contest (hereinafter will be mentioned as the "Contest"), with the following terms of participation (hereinafter the "Terms"). The competition will be hosted on the official website of NAVA in collaboration with Diamantis Masoutis S.A. & SYN.KA S.A. and each participant can find it at the following address: www.navaideas.gr/blog/contest2025

The duration of the competition is set from 01/05/2025 to 30/09/2025.

Those who have completed the 18th year of age have the right to participate in the contest. The employees of the Organizers are excluded from the draw.

It is clarified that Facebook & Instagram are not related to, manage, promote or enhance the Contest in any way, and, if the contest is notified on these social media it will be notified only for promotional purposes.

HOW CAN I PARTICIPATE?

Fill in your details, enter the unique code (which you will find on the back of each product in the series you have purchased) and you may be one of the lucky ones a stainless steel knife set of 8pcs on acrylic stand by NAVA worth € 62,90.

The winner is announced via electronic draw on a weekly basis and is informed via email or phone.

Gift of the contest: 23 stainless steel knife sets of 8pcs on acrylic stand by NAVA worth € 62,90 will be drawn every Monday among the valid participants.

The winners (one winner each week) will be announced by random drawing from NAVA electronic systems that ensure that there is no human intervention in it.

The draw will take place every week at the NAVA offices among the valid participants. If for any reason it is not possible to conduct the online lottery on the mentioned day and time, NAVA reserves the right to change the day and time by prior notice.

The winners will be contacted by personal message or phone call. If a winner does not respond within 24 hours of the draw, NAVA will contact the first runner-up (3 runners-up in total). If the first (1st) runner-up does not respond within 24 hours, NAVA will contact the next runner-up for whom the exact same procedure will be repeated. In case communication is not possible with any of the runners-up, then the Gift will be CANCELLED. During the electronic communication, the winner will be asked for his full details (name, mobile phone number) in order to verify the identity upon delivery of the Gift.

The gift is specific, personal and can not be exchanged, nor can be replaced with another or redeemed in cash, at any price. NAVA has no responsibility for anything related to the above prize, other than delivery to the winner. NAVA is discharched from the obligation to deliver the gift in cases where the terms of participation in the competition have not been kept in any way.

Each winner, by participating in the Competition, unconditionally consents to the above without the payment of any fee or compensation. Considerately the above, the refusal of the winner to participate in a relevant advertising program or other announcement or refusal to include his name in registrations, if called for this, legitimizes NAVA to refuse the relevant Gift, or to withdraw it. Participation in the competition implies the explicit and unconditional consent of the participant for the registration of his personal data in a company’s file in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Participation in the competition constitutes an automatic and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and the existing restrictions under GDPR, without any further charge or procedure. The personal data of the participants in the Contest (name, contact information, identity data) will be collected by NAVA, entered in databases and processed for the needs of organization, evaluation, publicity and conduct of the Contest, always within the framework and conditions of the General data protection regulation. In connection with such data files, the participants have the right to access, correct, delete or display objections regarding the data that concern them. Participation in the Contest is a free and clear statement and consent of the participants for the processing of their above data and the maintenance of a relevant file for the aforementioned purposes. The search, acceptance and receipt of the prizes by the winner constitutes his clear consent for the use of his name in order to publish the Contest and its results and to process his data as above.
